This is an Application Form for admission and does not constitute an offer of a place in Unique Junior School, implied or otherwise. Use of the word ‘student’ throughout this Application Form does not imply that the applicant is guaranteed a place in Unique Junior School. We require accurate information from parent(s)/guardian(s) as to the location of their Principal Private Residence (PPR), at the TIME of application. False or misleading information, up to and including the date of enrolment, will invalidate an application. A map of the catchment area is available on the school’s website www.malahidecs.ie . The parent’s/guardian’s Principal Private Residence must be a home owned by at least one of the parents / guardians or a rental property with a minimum 1 year Residential Tenancy Agreement at the time of application.
